Welcome to 8th Grade English

Hello!  My name is Courtney Matschek.  This will be my 20^th year teaching, and my 10^th year in Ballinger.  I am a Ballinger Bearcat and University of Texas Alumni. Go HORNS!

My husband Scott and I have 5 beautiful children: Emma, Zac, Tyler, Haley, and Trey.  Reading, watching UT sports, running, hanging with my family, and listening to music are some of my favorite things to do.  I look forward to teaching your 8^th grader this year!
