Matthew Cleveland

Hi! My name is Matthew Cleveland. I am the Junior High Band Director and also assist with the high school band. This is my 10th year at Ballinger and 18th year in teaching. I absolutely love working with students to develop excellent musical skills and instill a passion for music. Playing and performing music is a blast, impacts listeners deeply, and is an absolute joy to do! I also enjoy composing music for beginners, junior high, and high school band. I believe in high expectations and developing intrinsic motivation in my students.
